Me Book

I have one notebook that’s designated as a Me Book. It’s not for diary entries, or random notes about anything. It’s for brainstorming me. (So killer dorky.)

I probably pick it up once a month, and browse through. Whenever I browse, I get ideas for new things to add, or completely new ideas.

For example, “What is your fun?” is one page. The question is in the centre, and I add thoughts around it. When I go back to the book, I read what I’ve written before about fun, and assess whether or not I agree with what I wrote, and if I have anything new thoughts about it.
